Our Family’s Work Is in Every Carton
Hudson Egg Farms began with a mixed family farm in 1964 and grew through a belief that careful work, strong relationships, and greater control over the process produce a better result.
Today, feed milling, egg processing, quality control, cold storage, and distribution are all coordinated from our Elbridge farm. The operation has grown and the technology has changed – but the family’s commitment to quality and service remains.
Quality Starts Before the Egg Is Laid
We operate an on-site feed mill because flock care and egg quality begin with nutrition. We select ingredients carefully – sourced locally or regionally when available – and produce different feed formulations for each stage of a hen’s life, made fresh daily.
Eggs then move through a modern processing system where they are washed, inspected, graded, sorted, packed, cooled, and prepared for distribution.
A Supplier That Understands the Route
Our relationship with a customer doesn’t end when a truck leaves the farm. Hudson drivers rotate product in and out of coolers, handle every stop with care, and go above and beyond to keep shelves stocked. Honest communication and dependable delivery are the standard.
Rooted in Central New York
Hudson supports food access, agricultural education, local organizations, and community events across the region – from food banks and pantries to fire department pancake breakfasts, agricultural exhibits, and the Great New York State Fair.
