Hudson Egg Farms supplies Grade A shell eggs to qualified businesses throughout New York and the Northeast. From our family-owned farm in Elbridge, we combine modern processing, in-house feed production, careful quality control, and responsive customer service.

Eggs are collected, processed, packed, cooled, and prepared for distribution from one Elbridge operation – no extra stops between the hen and your cooler.
Feed Quality
We operate our own feed mill and produce feed formulations for each stage of a hen’s life, using ingredients sourced locally or regionally when available.
Quality Control
Eggs are washed, inspected, graded, sorted, packed, and moved into cold storage using modern equipment and hands-on employee oversight.
